Fruit and Veg

Do you ever wonder how to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day? Doctors recommend it!

To eat fruit and vegetables means to give yourself vitamin C. Vitamin C stops you from catching nasty diseases like scurvy! It also keeps your skin soft, shiny and smooth!So how do we fit it into fruit and veg into our routine? This is how!

Breakfast- Have a fruity drink! Try some O-mazing orange juice! Also sprinkle some fruity toppings on your cereal.
Lunch- Mix and match! Try some pasta with vegetables or a colourful fruit salad! Also remember breaktime is a opportunity to eat some fruit as well!
Dinner- Brighten up your plate with a rainbow of vegetables!

So munch away on some fabulous fruit or very healthy vegetables! An apple a day keeps the doctor away!
